Chicken Rub

Italian spice blend

Flavor: A unique blend of spices that pair perfectly with the blend of traditional Italian herbs

Pairs with: Great with any dish were you are looking for that Italian flair!

Ingredients: fennel seed, coriander seed, sea salt, sweet red pepper, oregano, black pepper, rosemary, onion flakes, basil, thyme, smoked paprika, chili flakes, parsley, garlic powder

Southwestern Spice Mix

Flavor: This blend is bold flavorful blend with just the right amount of heat!

Pairs with: Add to chili, taco meat, burger meat

Pork rub

Flavor: Subtle blend designed to highlight the flavour of the pork

Flavor parings: this rub likes a little smoke from a smoker or a grill and pair well with bbq sauces that are slightly sweet with a little heat!

Coffee rub

Flavor: is bold, smoky, slightly bitter, and amazing for building deep crust and complexity

Pair with:

Beef- it will enhance the natural unami flavors in a well seared or barbequed steak

Pork - the natural bitterness of the coffee will complement the richness of the pork, especially when paired with sweet glaze or sauce

Chicken: think dark meat for that richness!

Other ideas: try with roasted sweet potatoes, add to chilli, mix in ground beef for burgers, rub on grilled mushrooms….
