Cajun honey chicken wings
Ingredients:
For wings:
2lbs chicken wings
30ml canola oil
18gr. (30ml / 2T) cajun spice
For sauce:
15gr. melted butter
80ml hot sauce
60ml honey
9gr. (15ml / 1 T) cajun spice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
For Wings:
Toss wings with 30ml oil and 18gr. cajun spice mix. Cover and let sit in fridge 2-4 hours.
Remove from fridge, place on parchment lined baking sheet and cook in a preheated 375F oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, toss with sauce, and return to oven, cooking for an additional15-20 minutes , stirring frequently. (wanting the wings and sauce begin to caramelizing)
Remove from oven and allow to sit 3-5 minutes, allowing the glaze to thicken slightly. Toss wings and glaze once more and serve
For sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir well
