Sun Dried Tomato Dip / Spread

Ingredients:

250ml drained oil packed sun dried tomatoes

250ml olive oil

30ml balsamic vinegar

10gr. minced garlic

60gr. fresh basil

Directions:

Place all ingredients in food food processor and puree dill desired consistency
