Cajun Mayo / Dip

Yields approx. 175ml

Ingredients:

125ml mayo

30ml ketchup

15ml cajun spice mix

5ml hot sauce

1 minced garlic clove

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Store, covered, in fridge, for at least 3-4 hours for flavors to develop
