Recipe:

Cranberry sauce

Yields approx 1 liter

Ingredients:

454gr cranberries, fresh or frozen

165gr dried cranberries

450gr. granulated sugar

300ml water

2 gr. cinnamon

1.5 gr. ground allspice

1 gr. ground nutmeg

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in pot simmer till thick store in fridge up to 1 month .
