Mediterranean Hummus Plate
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
180ml hummus
250ml halved cherry tomatoes
80ml grated feta
60ml roasted, peeled, and diced peppers
15-30ml olive oil
30ml chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
Spread hummus on bowl or platter
Top with tomatoes, peppers, and feta
Drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with cilantro
Serve with pita bread
