Hummus
Yield approx. 550ml
Ingredients:
1 x 398ml tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
80ml cold water
60ml olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
80ml tahini
2.5ml sherry vinegar
1.5gr. paprika
4gr. cumin seeds
5gr. sea salt
1gr. black pepper
8gr. garlic cloves (2 small)
Directions:
Puree in food processor till smooth
Store in the fridge 3-4 days, or portion and freeze for another day
