Roasted roma tomatoes

Ingredients:

6 roma tomatoes, cut in half and sten end removed

60ml olive oil

1.25ml (1/4tsp) sea salt

5 ml (1tsp) sugar

1.25ml (1/4tsp) Your Favorite Spice Blend Shop now

.62ml (1/8tsp) ground black pepper

3.75ml (3/4tsp) minced garlic (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Place tomatoes, cut side up, in oven proof baking dish

Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle over tomatoes

Bake, uncovered 35-45 minutes, or till tomatoes tomatoes tender, but still holding shape

Cool, and refrigerate till needed
