Caesar Dressing

Caesar dressing

Yields approx. 375ml

Ingredients:

80ml mayo

10ml grainy dijon mustard

5ml mince garlic

5ml Worcestershire sauce

7.5ml capers

125ml olive oil

125ml grated parmesan

juice of 1/2 lemon

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place mayo, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and capers in food processor

With motor running, slowly add oil to emulsify; go slow!

Remove from food processor; stir in cheese and lemon juice

Season with salt and pepper
