Warm cheese, jalapeno, chipotle bacon dip
Enough dip for 6-8 people
Ingredients:
250gr. cream cheese, softened
250ml sour cream
500ml tex mex cheese mixture
5ml of “Your Favorite Southwestern Spice Mix”
1 large jalapeno, seeded, and minced
180ml finely diced bacon, cooked till crispy and drained
80ml chopped tomatoes
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, tex mex cheese, spice mix, jalapeno in a bowl. Mix well.
Transfer to an 1 liter oven proof baking dish
Top with cooked bacon
Preheat oven to 375F
Place in oven and bake 25-35 minutes till cheese is bubbling around the out side and center is hot
Remove from oven, let sit 2-3 minutes; top with tomatoes
