Steak marinade

Yields enough marinade for approx. 2lbs meat

Ingredients:

60ml soy sauce

60ml canola oil

30ml balsamic vinegar

15ml maple syrup

10ml steak spice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients

Place in zip lock bag with steak

Place in fridge and marinate 6-8 hours

Remove meat from marinade, pat dry, coat with more spice rub, and cook using your favorite method.
