Chicken ragout with corn, mushrooms and mashed potatoes

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

90gr. butter

60gr. diced onion

40gr. chopped celery

200gr. sliced mushrooms

5ml minced garlic

60gr. flour

750ml chicken stock

454gr. ground chicken

30ml chopped fresh sage

250ml corn kernels (or peas)

Directions:

Heat butter

Add onions and mushrooms, sauté till soft

Add garlic and sauté 2-3 minutes

Add flour, cook 2-3 minutes

Slowly add stock till fully incorporated

Add ground chicken and sage, break chicken up completely

Simmer gently 15-18 minutes

Serve with mashed potatoes
