Sweet and spicy glazed chicken wings

Ingredients:

For sauce

80ml hot sauce

60ml (110gr.) maple syrup

15gr. melted butter

9gr. (15ml / 1T) Chicken rub

salt and pepper

Directions:

Combine all sauce ingredients, set aside

For wings:

2lbs chicken wings

30ml canola oil

10ml liquid smoke

18gr. (30ml / 2T) Chicken rub

Directions:

Toss wings with oil and spice blend

Place on parchment lined baking sheet, and bake in a preheated 375F oven for 35 minutes

Remove from oven, add wings to sauce, and toss

Remove any excess oil from pan, add wings and sauce back to pan, and cook an additional 15minutes or till glazed, crispy, and cooked through
