Cajun Butter
Yields approx. 125ml
Ingredients:
120ml butter, softened
5ml minced garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
30ml Of “Your Favorite Cajun Spice Mix”
15ml chopped fresh Italian parsley
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bols, mix to combine
Store in fridge till ready to use. After 3-4 days, portion and freeze any leftovers
